I'm entering CAPTCHAs or NOSEE every time I can not understand the captcha. Is that OK?

No, in this case, you must press the "can't read" button. Overwise you will get banned immediately

How long does it take to withdraw my earnings?

Depends on our financial reserves and payment queue size. We usually try to do our best to proceed with payouts immediately after you have ordered them.

Is it possible to cheat the system?

No, it's not possible. All accounts in our system are constantly monitored, and from time to time we send everyone captchas which we already know the answer for. Plus, our moderators periodically check every account and their captchas. If we decide that you intentionally type incorrect answers then your account get banned (most of the time - automatically) and your earnings will be removed in honor of our clients.

Why does my rating level decrease?

Your rating is calculated for the amount of captchas you've entered for the last 30 days. This is why your rating drops if you pause working for several days or more.

I have received an email with pin code but it says it is an incorrect one.

You received a confirmation code, not your pin code. Enter this code at the confirmation page to setup your pin code.

When I withdraw funds, I get message that my pincode is incorrect.

Probably you are entering confirmation code, NOT the pin code! 1. Go to settings page 2. Push set pin code button. Enter disired pin number. 3. Another page will open where you MUST enter the CONFIRMATION number which system just sent to you. 4. Use the pin from step 2 to withdraw your funds.

What is server time?

Our server time is GMT + 0

What is pin code I should input to withdraw my money?

Default pin code is 1234.

Why my money is still on moderation?

At least, you should make 500 entries per 48 hours to accomplish moderation.

I requested the payment but money still didn`t come. Why?

Sometimes money come with delay. In that case, approximate time till money come is showed in the table. Just wait, please. Money will come.

Why my rating decreases? I work regularly.

Rating counts number of your entries only per last 30 days.

Why captchas come so slow?

Sometimes captchas some faster, sometimes slower. It depends on number of workers and amount of job at the present moment. Just keep working.

I made only one mistake and my account was banned. Why?

New and rarely used accounts can be banned because of one mistake. Just keep working regularly and the limit of 3 mistakes per 1000 entries will be available to you.

My account was banned. Can I get my money?

Yes, you can send your money by internal transfer to another account only from protected balance.

I got captcha in Russian. What to do?

Just press “skip” button it.

Can I use unofficial Kolotibablo applications/plugins/etc ?

Use of unofficial Kolotibablo applications is strongly forbidden. If you do, system will automatically ban your account and your funds will be frozen.
